four steps to the full planning process
Planning
It begins with laying the foundation by creating a budget, goals, and your vision alongside you. We will ensure you stay within budget and help find all the right vendors. We will assist in creating design ideas and helping you pick out the perfect details to encapture the goals of your day.
Design
This is the best part! We will create a formal design plan that includes a color scheme, floral design, rentals, and more. This is where vendors begin to play a role in the process! We will get to view table arrangements and pick out all the special details.
Coordination
At three months out from your wedding day, we will create a 'day of' and vendor timeline. We will also handle all vendor logistics as well as keep track of all contracts. The week of your wedding, we will ensure all final details and communication with all parties involving the execution of your special day.
Event Management
It is finally the big day! On the day of your wedding, our team and I will assist you in any way possible as well as be onsite all day to welcome vendors and oversee set-up. We will be the timekeepers and keep every part of your day on track. This includes assisting vendors, managing the ceremony and reception, and keeping your day/ evening organized.
